探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病并急性脑梗死的有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病并急性脑梗死的有效性。方法方便收集150例糖尿病并急性脑梗死病例,70例应用阿司匹林治疗(对照组),80例应用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗(观察组),比较两种用药方案的有效性。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%明显较对照组81.43%高(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病并急性脑梗死可显著改善脑功能,治疗有效性高。Objective To observe the effectiveness of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 150 cases of patients with diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into the two groups, the control group（70 cases） were treated with aspirin, the observation group（80cases） were treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel, and the effectiveness of these two drug-use plans was compared.Results The various indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（92.5% vs 81.43%）, P 〈0.05.Conclusion The aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction can obviously improve the brain function with high treatment effectiveness.
