摘　　要：目的探讨他克莫司联合卤米松在白癜风患者中的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取2014年11月—2015年12月医院诊治的80例白癜风患者资料进行分析,将患者根据随机数字方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用卤米松治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合他克莫司治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、复发率以及并发症发生率情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05);实验组复发率为7.5%,并发症发生率为5%,显著低于对照组的复发率为17.5%,并发症发生率20%(P<0.05)。结论白癜风患者在卤米松治疗基础上联合他克莫司治疗效果理想,能提高临床疗效,促进患者早期恢复。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with sicorten in treatment of leukoderma patients Methods The data of 80 cases of leukoderma patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases, the control group were treated with sicorten, the experimental group were treated with tacrolimus combined with sicorten, the treatment effects, recurrence rates and incidence rates of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（95.0% vs 85.0%）,P〈0.05,the recurrence rate and incidence rate of complications in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, [（7.5%, 5%） vs（17.5%, 20%）], P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of tacrolimus combined with sicorten in treatment of leukoderma patients is ideal, which can improve the clinical curative effect and promote the early recovery of patients.
