摘　　要：目的探究肾癌术后辅助性免疫治疗对患者肿瘤复发转移及预后的影响。方法方便选取并回顾性分析该院2010年3月—2012年3月收治的60例RCC患者的临床资料,对肾癌术后辅助性免疫治疗以及其他临床因素对患者预后的影响进行评价。结果该组60例RCC患者,术后转移与复发患者12例,死亡9例,单因素分析显示,T分期、肿瘤直径和有无辅助性免疫治疗与术后肿瘤转移和复发情况有关(P<0.05),病理类型、T分期、肿瘤直径和有无辅助性免疫治疗与患者术后生存情况有关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,免疫治疗是影响术后肿瘤转移复发和患者生存情况的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论肾癌术后辅助性免疫治疗对术后肿瘤转移复发及患者生存情况可产生直接影响,有助于降低术后肿瘤转移复发风险,延长患者生存时间。Objective To research the effect of adjuvant immunotherapy after nephrectomy on tumor recurrence and metas- tasis and prognoses of patients. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of RCC patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, and the effect of adjuvant immunotherapy after nephrectomy and the other clinical factors on the prognoses of patients was evaluated. Results In this group, postoperative metastasis and recurrence occurred to 12 cases, death occurred to 9 cases, the single factor analysis revealed that T staging, tumor diameter and adjuvant immunotherapy or not were correlated with the metastasis and recurrence of postoperative tumors（P〈0.05）, the pathological type, T staging, tumor diameter and adjuvant immunotherapy or not were correlated with the postoperative sur- vival conditions（P〈0.05）, the multiple factor analysis revealed that immunotherapy was the independent risk factor of influ- encing the metastasis and recurrence of postoperative tumors and the survival conditions（P〈0.05）. Condusion Adjuvant im- munotherapy after nephrectomy can impose a direct effect on the metastasis and recurrence of postoperative tumors and the survival conditions of patients, and it contributes to reducing the recurrence risks of postoperative tumor metastasis and pro- longing the survival time of patients.
