综合干预在替格瑞洛治疗冠状动脉介入者抗血小板依从性中的分析研究

摘　　要：目的探究综合干预在替格瑞洛治疗冠状动脉介入者抗血小板依从性中的价值。方法方便选择2013年12月—2014年12月行抗血小板治疗的PCI患者80例作为样本,随机分成两组,分别对患者行综合护理干预与常规护理,比较两组患者服药的依从性。结果试验组患者对比对照组患者,在术后第6个月服用替格瑞洛的依从性显著增高(χ~2=5.541,P=0.037),在第12个月服用替格瑞洛的依从性同样显著增高(χ~2=4.724,P=0.044),两组患者的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者与照组患者术后不良反应进行对比,两组结果差别较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极采用综合护理干预可预防并减少PCI手术患者术后的不良反应,并且减少了二次住院率;同时有效的提高了抗血小板的依从性。Objective To study the value of comprehensive intervention in ticagrelor treatment for coronary artery intelwen- tional patients and antiplatelet compliance. Methods 80 cases of PCI patients receiving antiplatelet treatment from Decem- ber 1, 2013 to December 1, 2014 were selected as the samples and divided into the two groups, and were respectively given comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing, and the drug-taken compliance was compare^d between the two groups. Results The compliance of ticagrelor-taken obviously increased in the 6th month after operation,（x2=5.541,P= 0.037）, the compliance of ticagrelor-taken obviously increased in the 12th month in the same way,（x2=4.724,P=0.044）, the difference in the result between the two groups was obvious, P〈0.05, the difference in the postoperative adverse reaction be- tween the test group and the control group was big with statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion Actively adopting the comprehensive nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the postoperative adverse reactions of patients with PCI opera- tion, and reduce the rehospitalization rate.
