两种口腔修复膜材料应用于牙种植中引导骨再生效应比较分析

摘　　要：目的分析两种口腔修复材料用于牙种植中引导骨再生效应疗效。方法随机选取该院2014年12月—2016年1月治疗的牙种植患者150例。对照组给予钛膜处理,试验组采用海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生。结果试验组患者中骨再生率高达97.33%,对照组仅90.67%。试验组患者术后骨厚度、植骨厚度、血糖等均高于对照组,局灶感染、膜暴露、开裂等不良反应均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜治疗患者可以明显降低患者治疗后疾病的发生率。缩短了治疗时间,减少了患者的痛苦,恢复效果显著。Objective To analyze the curative effects of two oral rehabilitation membrane materials in the application of dental implant therapy for guiding osteoanagenesis. Methods 150 cases of patients with dental implant therapy treated in our hospital from December 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with titanium membrane, the test group were treated with haiao oral rehabilitation membrane for guiding osteoanagenesis.Results The osteoanagenesis rate in the test group was as high as 97.33% in the test group and only 90.67% in the control group, and the postoperative bone thickness, bone graft thickness and blood glucose in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence rates of adverse reactions including focal infection, membrane exposure and cracking in the test group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients, haiao oral rehabilitation membrane can obviously reduce the incidence rate of diseases after treatment, shorten the treatment time and reduce pains of patients, and the recovery effect is obvious.
