摘　　要：目的探讨脐带间充质干细胞输注治疗骨折并大面积软组织挫裂伤的疗效。方法对随机选取的该院临床骨外科30例骨折大面积软组织损伤术后患者,其中20例采用脐带来源的间充质干细胞静脉输注2个疗程。另一组10例按术后普通治疗。结果两个疗程后,患者愈合指标明显改善。结论间充质干细胞输注治疗骨折大面积软组织损伤术后患者是安全的,这种新型疗法可能是治疗骨折大面积软组织损伤术后患者的一个合适选择。Objective To discuss the curative effect of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell infusion in treatment of fracture combined with extensive soft tissue laceration. Methods Of the 30 cases of patients after fracture combined with extensive soft tissue laceration operation in the department of clinical bone surgery, 20 cases received umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell infusion for two courses of treatment, and the other 10 cases received postoperative common treatment. Results After two courses of treatment, the healing indexes of patients were obviously improved. Conclusion Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell Infusion in treatment of Fracture combined with extensive soft tissue laceration is safe, and the new-style therapy may be a suitable choice of treatment of patients after fracture combined with extensive soft tissue laceration operation.
