摘　　要：目的探讨有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗复杂性Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法整群选择2014年2月—2015年2月来该院住院部治疗复杂性Pilon骨折的患者94例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组47例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,治疗组采用有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗优良率为91.49%,明显高于对照组优良率70.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复杂性Pilon骨折采用有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗,能有效的提高治疗优良率,并发症少,可推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation brace in treatment of complex Pilon fracture. Methods 94 cases of patients with complex Pilon fracture treated in the department of inpatients of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, the treatment group were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation brace, and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment excellent and good rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（91.49% vs 70.21%）, and the difference had statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Limited internal fixation combined with external fixation brace in treatment of complex Pilon fracture can effectively improve the treatment excellent and good rate with few complications, which can be promoted and applied.
