托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗难治性癫痫临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗难治性癫痫的效果。方法整群选择该院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的难治性癫痫患者134例,随机分为2组,各67例,对照组给予拉莫三嗪治疗,观察组给予托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.6%,不良反应发生率为10.4%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪在治疗难治性癫痫中具有显著效果,值得应用。Objective To discuss the effect of topiramate and lamotrigine in treatment of intractable epilepsy. Methods 134 cases of patients with intractable epilepsy admitted and treated in our department from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 67 cases in each, the control group were treated with lamotrigine, the observation group were treated with topiramate and lamotrigine, and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were respectively 92.6% and 10.4% in the observation group,which were obviously better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of topiramate and lamotrigine in treatment of intractable epilepsy is obvious, which is worth application.
