轻比重液布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年髋关节置换术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究轻比重液布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉(CSEA)在THR手术中的应用。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年12月期间于该院行THR手术的老年患者98例作为研究对象,全部都给予CSEA,依据手术时间顺序划分为例数相同的两组,参照组以及观察组,前者给予重比重布比卡因,后者给予轻比重液,对比效果、不良反应等情况。结果观察组麻醉优良率97.96%(48/49)明显高于重比重麻醉的参照组85.71%(42/49)(P<0.05)。结论将该种麻醉应用于THR手术过程中,效果确切,并且对血流动力无较大影响,值得推广。Objective To research the application of hypobaric bupivacaine in combined spinal and epidual anesthesia in the elderly Hip Replacement. Methods 98 cases of elderly patients receiving THR operation in our hospital from January2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were given CSEA, and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group were given the weight specific gravity bupivacaine, the observation group were given hypobaric solution, and the effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results The anaesthesia excellent and good rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, [（97.96%（48/49） vs 85.71%（42/49）],P〈0.05. Conclusion The anaesthesia in the THR operation process has a definite effect and has no big effect on hemodynamic force, which is worth promotion.
