探讨Tei指数在超声评价高血压患者左室收缩及舒张功能中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数评价高血压患者左室收缩及舒张功能的价值。方法于2015年1—12月,方便选取75例高血压患者,将其分为左室构型正常组(A组)、向心性肥厚组(B组)、离心性肥厚组(C组),另选取30例正常对照组设置为D组。对所有受检者进行超声检查,对比Tei指数、左心射血分数、左室收缩及舒张末期容积,E/A比值及左室等容舒张期时间IVRT,并计算Tei指数和高血压患者左室收缩功能、舒张功能的相关性系数。结果四组受检者的Tei指数分别为(0.36±0.05)、(0.47±0.08)、(0.56±0.04)、(0.29±0.03),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组受检者的左心射血分数、左室收缩及舒张末期容积,E/A比值及左室等容舒张期时间IVRT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Tei指数与高血压患者的左室收缩功能、舒张功能均密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Tei指数可有效评价高血压患者的左室收缩功能、舒张功能。Objective To discuss the value of Tei index in the ultrasonic evaluation of systole of left ventricle and diastolic function of patients with hypertension. Methods 75 cases of patients with hypertension treated from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into the group A（normal left ventricular pattern）, group B（concentric pachynsis） and group C（eccentric pachynsis）, and then 30 cases of normal persons were selected as the group D（control group）, and all subjects received ultrasonic examination, and the Tei index, left ventricular ejection fraction, systole of left ventricle and end-diastolic volume, E/A ratio and left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time were compared and the correlation coefficient of Tei index and left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function of patients with hypertension was calculated. Results The Tei indexes of the four groups of subjects were respectively（0.36±0.05）,（0.47±0.08）,（0.56±0.04） and（0.29±0.03）, and there were obvious differences（P〈0.05）, and there were obvious differences in the left ventricular ejection fraction, systole of left ventricle and end-diastolic volume, E/A ratio and left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time between the four groups（P〈0.05）, Tei index was closely relevant to the left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function of patients with hypertension（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tei index can effectively evaluate the left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function of patients with hypertension.
