喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿疝气手术中应用探析

摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿疝气手术中应用效果。方法整群2014年6月—2015年6月在该院接受疝气手术治疗的84例患儿,按就诊编号分为对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42)。对照组应用气管插入导管,观察组应用喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉治疗。对比两组的麻醉效果。结果对照组的平均动脉压、心率、完全清醒时间分别为(102.87±8.45)mm Hg、(137.65±1.98)次/min、(12.45±3.67)min,均对应高于观察组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗效果的总满意为97.62%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对接受疝气手术治疗的患儿实施喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉,可有效降低患儿的平均动脉压、心率,提高麻醉效果。Objective To study the application effect of laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhale anesthesia in hernia operation in children.Methods 84 cases of children treated with hernia operation in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each according to the admission order,the control group were treated with catheter inserted by trachea,the observation group were treated with laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhale anesthesia,and the anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results The average arterial pressure,heart rate and complete awakening time in the control group were（102.87±8.45） mm Hg,（137.65±1.98） times/min and（12.45±3.67） min,which were higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were obvious（P〈0.05）;the total satisfactory rate of treatment effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.62% vs 78.57%）,and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhale anesthesia for children with hernia operation can effectively reduce the average arterial pressure and heart rate and improve the anesthesia effect.
