右美托米定持续静脉注射对鼻窦开放手术患者全麻恢复期的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定持续静脉注射对鼻窦开放手术患者麻醉恢复期的影响。方法于2013年1月—2015年12月,方便选取该院收治的100例鼻窦开放手术患者随机分为两组,给予对照组生理盐水,给予观察组盐酸右美托咪定。结果观察组的呛咳评分、躁动评分、镇痛评分、镇静评分分别为(0.56±0.29)分、(0.84±0.63)分、(1.94±0.92)分、(5.09±0.87)分,均优于对照组的(1.85±0.52)分、(2.51±0.89)分、(3.69±1.28)分、(3.92±0.54)分(P<0.05)。结论在鼻窦开放手术中持续静脉注射右美托咪定,可减轻麻醉恢复期的应激反应。Objective To study the effect of continuous intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine on the general anesthesia recovery phase of patients with sinus open operation.Methods 100 cases of patients with sinus open operation from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given normal saline and the observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine hydroch.Results The cough scale,sedation-agitation scale,visual analogue scale and Ramsay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,[（0.56±0.29） marks,（0.84±0.63） marks,（1.94±0.92） marks,（5.09±0.87） marks vs（1.85±0.52） marks,（2.51±0.89） marks,（3.69±1.28） marks,（3.92±0.54）marks]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine in sinus open operation can relieve the stress reaction in anesthesia recovery phase.
