3种不同术式治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨3种不同术式治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法该研究对象为方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月期间收治的大隐静脉曲张患者150例,患者根据就诊的先后顺序分为3组,分别是微创刨吸术组、传统刨吸术组、大隐静脉高位结扎加缝扎术组,每组患者50例,手术方法分别为微创刨吸术、传统刨吸术、大隐静脉高位结扎加缝扎术。结果微创刨吸术组术中出血量(38.7±20.0)m L;传统刨吸术组术中出血量(87.5±27.6)m L;大隐静脉高位结扎加缝扎术组手术时间术中出血量(40.2±12.8)m L。微创刨吸术组并发症发生率明显低于传统刨吸术组和大隐静脉高位结扎加缝扎术组(P<0.05)。结论微创刨吸术具有创伤小、疗效好、手术时间短等优点,且明显优于传统刨吸术组和大隐静脉高位结扎加缝扎术,是治疗大隐静脉曲张的理想手术方法,值得在临床汇中推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three different surgical treatment of saphenous varicose veins.Methods Convenient selection study in patients with large varicose veins patients admitted to our hospital from January2014 to January 2015 during the 150 cases, the treatment of patients according to the order divided into three groups, namely the group of minimally invasive surgery, traditional planing aspiration group, saphenous vein high ligation ligation groups of 50 patients, surgical procedures are minimally invasive surgery, traditional planing aspiration, great saphenous vein high ligation ligation. Results of minimally invasive surgery group blood loss（38.7 ±20.0） m L; planing traditional aspiration of blood loss group（87.5±27.6） m L; saphenous vein high ligation Ligation operative time intraoperative blood loss（40.2±12.8）m L.Minimally invasive surgical complication rate was significantly lower than traditional dig-aspiration group and the great saphenous vein high ligation ligation surgery group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery with less trauma, efficacy, shorter operative time, etc., and significantly better than traditional dig-aspiration group and the great saphenous vein high ligation Ligation is ideal for the treatment of great saphenous vein surgical method, in clinical worth promoting in exchange.
