摘  要:目的探讨开展护理层级管理对提高护理服务质量的效果。方法随机选取2014年8月—2015年8月该院现有的68名护理人员为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组两组,为对照组采用常规管理,为观察组采用护理层级管理,观察两组的护理服务质量效果。结果护理管理以前,对照组和观察组护理人员护理质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对两组护理人员实施护理管理以后,对照组的护理人员护理质量评分明显低于观察组;对照组患者对护理人员的满意率是76.47%明显低于观察组患者对护理人员的满意率91.18%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院为护理人员采用护理层级管理,不仅有利于护理人员提高自己的护理服务质量,还能够让患者提高对护理的满意率,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective to investigate the nursing level management effect to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods randomly selected from August 2014- August 2015 in our existing 68 nursing staff as the research object, is divided into two groups, control group and observation group as control group using conventional management, to observe group nursing level management, to observe the effect of nursing service quality in the two groups. Results Nursing management before,the control group and the observation group nurses nursing quality score did not differ, there was no statistical significance(P〈0.05); on two groups of nursing staff in the implementation of nursing management of group A after the nursing quality score was significantly lower than the observation group; the control group of patients to nursing staff satisfaction rate was76.47% was significantly lower in the observation group, patients satisfaction of nursing staff rate of 91.18%, there was significant difference between two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the hospital for nursing staff to adopt the level of nursing management, not only to improve the quality of nursing staff to improve their quality of care, but also to allow patients to improve the rate of satisfaction with care, it is worth to be widely promoted in clinical.
