老年肱骨外科颈骨折临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肱骨外科颈骨折临床治疗方法,并观察应用效果。方法整群选取2013年10月—2015年10月该院收治的72例老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者,随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。治疗后分析比较两组患者的术中出血量、术后愈合时间、肩关节活动度和治疗效果。结果观察组患者术中出血量(189.26±15.64)m L、术后愈合时间(95.61±15.16)d、肩关节活动度和治疗效果(88.89%)等测量数据均明显优于对照组术中出血量(302.09±30.48)m L、术后愈合时间(120.85±38.74)d、肩关节活动度和治疗效果(63.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用肱骨近端锁定板治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折疗效显著,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of elderly humerus surgical neck fracture and the effect of application. Methods Group selection 72 cases of humerus surgical neck fractures in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group（n=36） and the control group（n=36）. After the treatment analysis were compared between the two groups of patients with intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative healing time, shoulder joint activities and treatment effect. Results The observation group patients bleeding（189.26±15.64）m L, postoperative healing time（95.61±15.16）d, shoulder joint activities and treatment effect（88.89%） etc. the measurement data were significantly better than those of the control group, intraoperative blood loss（302.09 ±30.48） m L, postoperative healing time（120.85±38.74） d, shoulder joint activities and treatment effect（63.89%）, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The proximal humerus locking plate for treatment of proximal humerus surgical neck fracture curative effect, it is worth popularizing.
