华盖散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨华盖散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年6月在本院就诊的72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。治疗组给予口服华盖散治疗,对照组给予口服常规西药治疗,比较两组的效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.2%,显著高于对照组的86.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的FEV1值显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后的FEV1值显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论华盖散能够改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的肺功能,提高总体治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huagai Powder in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods72 patients with cough variant asthma from February 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and each group was 36 cases.The treatment group was treated with Huagai Powder,the control group was given routine western drugs.The effect in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.2%,which was higher than 86.1% in the control group,with significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The value of FEV1 in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The value of FEV1 in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Huagai Powder can improve the lung function of patients with cough variant asthma,enhance the total treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
