淡附片和半夏联合颗粒治疗寒痰咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨淡附片和半夏联合颗粒治疗寒痰咳嗽的有效性和安全性。方法选取2013年1月～2015年4月在本院门诊诊断为寒痰咳嗽的426例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各213例。观察组采用淡附片和半夏联合颗粒治疗,对照组单纯采用半夏颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后、随访时的症状、咳嗽缓解时间和复发情况、满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗后的咳嗽评分为（2.48±1.26）分,显著低于对照组的（3.15±1.84）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经过至少1个月的随访,观察组的评分为（1.26±1.33）分,显著低于对照组的（2.46±2.07）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的缓解时间显著短于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为7.5%,对照组的不良反应发生率为7.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论淡附片和半夏联合颗粒能有效缓解寒痰咳嗽的症状,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the safety and efficiency of pale Fupian granule combined with Pinellia granule in the treatment of cold phlegm and cough.Methods 426 patients diagnosed as cold phlegm and cough in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,213 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pale Fupian granule combined with Pinellia granule,the control group was treated with Pinellia granule.The symptoms,cough relief time and relapse,satisfaction and the incadence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups before treatment,after treatment and follow-up was compared respectively.Results The score of cough after treatment in the observation group was（2.48±1.26） points,which was lower than that（3.15±1.84） points,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Followed up for at least 1 months,the score of in the observation group was（1.26±1.33） points,which was lower than that（2.46±2.07） points,with significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The remission time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than than of the control group,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 7.5%,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was 7.0%,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Pale Fupian granule combined with Pinellia granule can effectively relieve the symptoms of cough and cold phlegm patients,which is safe and efficient,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
