摘　　要：中国旧海关内部出版物是长久以来、唯一一份持续享有广泛国际声誉的近代中国文献资料库。得益于近年来文献与数据整理工作的加速,在数据革新的工具与思维的帮助下,海关数据为经济史学界提供了一份相对最科学、完整、连续、准确的海量面板数据。随着数据整理、建库、数据解读等相关基础工作的逐渐完成,将会推动近代中国贸易、财税、金融、海关、城市、邮政、交通等众多经济史分支领域研究的拓展,从而可以进一步解读近代中国经济萌芽与发展的轨迹与特征,这将会丰富和拓宽我们对近代中国经济的认知。Internal publications of Chinese Maritime Customs （CMC） are the only document database that could enjoy the wide international reputation for a long time in modern China. Due to the accelerated arrangement of literature and data in recent years, under the help of data innovation, CIVIC data provides a copy of panel data for economic history which is scientific, complete, continuous, and accurate relatively. Along with the gradual completion of data collection, database construction and data interpretation, it will promote the expansion of study of modern China trade, taxation, finance, customs, city, post, transportation and other numerous economic history branch of the field. We can further interpret the development of the modern Chinese economy in the first era of globalization, the trajectory and characteristics, which will further enrich and broaden our understanding of the modern Chinese economy.
