摘 要:为提高风机的运行效率与自动控制能力,最大程度发掘风机的节能潜力,实现能源充分利用,提出以PLC为控制核心的风机变频调速节能控制系统。该系统可根据机泵出口风流量的压力变化适时调整变频电源的输出电压和频率,使电机始终运行于高效区,同时减小在阀门和管网上的压力损耗,解决了风机等流性机械电能浪费严重的难题,有效减少了企业运行成本。In order to improve the operation efficiency of fan and automatic control capability, maximize the potential of energy saving, and achieve full utilization of energy, a fan VVVF energy-saving control system using PLC as the control core is put forward in this paper. According to the air flow pressure variation of pump outlet, the system can adjust the output voltage and frequency of inverter power supply. The motor will always run in high efficiency, and reduce the pressure loss in the valve and the pipe network. The system solves the serious problem of energy waste in fans and other flow mechanicals,which can effectively reduce the operating cost of enterprise.
