摘　　要：从理论和实证两个角度,分析了高校教育统计在高校科教管理中的重要作用,指出教育统计存在的主要问题,总结归纳加强教育统计的对策与建议,即:加强组织建设,提高队伍工作水平;加强信息化建设,提高统计管理水平;开展相关研究,加强指标体系建设;进行顶层设计,加强数据联系整合。From both theoretical and empirical perspectives, the importance of higher educational statistics in scientific and educational management of universities is analyzed in this paper. The major issues in the working are proposed and the solutions and advice on how to improve educational statistics are worked are summarized, such as： to strengthen organizational construction and improve teamwork, to enhance information technology and improve statistics management level, to carry out related researches and enforce the construction of index system, to make top-level designs to better relate and integrate the statistics.
