摘 要:目的探讨分级干预管理模式对住院患者安全管理的实施效果。方法建立特殊患者每日微信零上报告制度,实施三级干预管理模式,并明确三级人员的岗位分工及职责。对比实施分级干预管理前后医疗不良事件发生率、医疗纠纷的发生率及医疗安全系数的变化。结果实施分级干预管理后医疗不良事件的发生率及医疗纠纷的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05﹚,医疗安全系数有所提升(P<0.05﹚。结论住院患者分级干预管理模式可显著降低医疗不良事件及医疗纠纷的发生率。提高医疗安全系数。Objective To explore the implementation effect of the hierarchical intervention management mode for the safety management of the patients in the hospital. Methods Establishing a daily We Chat zero reporting system for special patients, implementing the level three intervention management mode and defining the work and responsibilities of the level three personnel, contrasting the change of medical security coefficient and the incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes before and after the implementation of the hierarchical intervention management. Results The incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05), and the medical security coefficient was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05). ConclusionThe implementation of the hierarchical intervention management mode for the patients in the hospital can significantly reduce the incidence of medical adverse events and medical disputes and significantly improve the medical security coefficient.
