摘 要:采用超声波辅助溶剂法提取柠檬果皮中精油,利用单因素实验的基础,设计正交实验对柠檬果皮中精油的提取工艺参数进行了优化,即探究最佳溶剂、液料比、超声时间、超声功率和柠檬皮的破碎度等对柠檬果皮精油提取率的影响。找出最佳工艺参数后再进行验证实验,结果表明,影响柠檬果皮精油提取率的因素为破碎度>液料比>超声时间>超声功率,最佳的优化工艺参数为液料比1∶16、超声时间50 min、超声功率90%、破碎度20目,在此工艺参数组合下经过验证实验后得出柠檬果皮精油的提取率达到2.43%。Lemon peel was extracted by ultrasonic assisted solvent method of essential oils,used the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment design for the extraction of essential oil of lemon peel process parameters was optimized to explore the best solvent,liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and the fragmentation of lemon peel affect citric peel essential oil extraction yield. After finding out the best technological parameters validation experiments,the results showed that the factors influencing the lemon peel essential oil extraction yield of fragmentation liquid ratio ultrasonic time ultrasonic power,the best optimization parameters for liquid than was 1 ∶16,ultrasonic time was 50 min,ultrasonic power was 90%, fragmentation was 20 mesh, after verification experiment under the parameters combination of lemon peel essential oil extraction rate reached 2. 43%.
