摘  要:采用反向电压下场放大进样富集技术,建立了四种磺胺类药物的毛细管区带电泳分析方法。确立了优化的实验条件,电泳缓冲液为22.5 mmol/L Na2HPO4-0.8 mmol/L CTAB-18%ACN,pH 8.70,样品溶于0.1 mmol/L Na OH溶液,电泳电压:-20 k V,检测电位:1.10 V,进样方式为-13 k V×20 s。四种磺胺类药物在该方法条件下检出限可达10^(-9)~10^(-10)mol/L水平。A method based on capillary zone electrophoresis combined field- enhanced injection with reverse voltage was developed for the simultaneous determination of sulfonamide antibiotics. Optimized experimental conditions were established as follows: lectrophoresis buffer,22. 5 mmol / L phosphate solution- 0. 8 mmol / L CTAB at p H 8. 70,18%(V/V) acetonitrile as organic additive,0. 1 mmol/L Na OH as sample solvent,electrophoresis voltage was- 20 k V,detect potential was 1. 1 V,electrokinetic injection was 20 S at- 13 k V. Under the optimum conditions,the limit of detections( LODs) of four kinds of drugs reached to about 10^-9~ 10^-10 mol / L.
