摘  要:研究了用天然滑石替代煅烧白云石作为玻璃纤维原料的可行性,重点介绍了滑石的基本性质及其配合料熔制差异。研究表明,用天然滑石替代煅烧白云石作为玻璃纤维原料是可行的。使用滑石后,不仅不会产生高温粉尘飞扬情况,还有利于加速配合料的硅酸盐进程。从配合料熔制效果来看,含滑石的配合料整体上要略优于含煅烧白云石的配合料。从配合料熔制过程来看,含滑石的配合料与含煅烧白云石的配合料极其相似,这有利于提高原料转换过程的稳定性与效率。The feasibility of using talc instead of calcined dolomite as a raw material for making glass fibers was studied,and the basic properties of talc and the difference of its melting behavior were explored. The results showed that the replacement is entirely feasible. Dust fly did not happen at high temperature after using talc. The talc could also accelerate the silicate process of glass batch. Viewed from the melting results of their batches,the talc was slightly better than calcined dolomite,while viewed from the melting process of their batches,they were extremely similar,which could improve the stability and efficiency of the material transfer process.
