摘　　要：文章对传统图书管理与信息化图书管理的现状进行了比较、分析。分析企业医院图书馆主要存在观念落后、服务意识滞后、人员素质参差不齐、服务设施落后和缺乏资源共享合作等五方面问题。通过对转变观念、加强服务、引进人才、更新设施和建立资源共享等措施的研究,提出了企业医院图书管理的信息化建设发展方向。This paper makes a comparison and analysis of the current situation of the traditional library management and information library management. There are five main problems in enterprise hospital library, such as the backward concept, the lagging behind of service consciousness, the uneven quality of personnel, the backward service facilities and the lack of resource sharing and cooperation. Through to change concepts, strengthen service, the introduction of talent, updated facilities and the establishment of resource sharing etc. measures of research, put forward the enterprise hospital library management information construction development direction.
