摘　　要：目的探索三维适形放疗定位技术于全脑全脊髓放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2015年6月本院诊治73例中枢神经系统肿瘤患者临床资料,所有患者在全脑全脊髓放射治疗中应用三维适形放疗定位技术,观察本组患者摆位误差。结果本组患者摆位左右方向误差为(0.172±0.155)cm、头脚方向误差为(0.200±0.182)cm、腹背方向误差为(0.193±0.170)cm,均较小。结论三维适形放疗定位技术在全脑全脊髓放射治疗中具有实际临床应用价值,摆位误差小,可保证治疗精度。Objective Explore three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy positioning technology in the whole brain and spinal cord clinical value of radiation therapy. Methods Retrospective June 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 73 patients with clinical data of the central nervous system tumor, all patients craniospinal radiation therapy three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy positioning technology, observed in this group of patients setup errors. Results This group of patients about the direction of the pendulum bit error（0.172±0.155）cm, head and foot orientation error of（0.200±0.182）cm, front and orientation error of（0.193±0.170）cm, are small. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy positioning technology has practical clinical value in the whole brain and spinal cord radiation therapy, positioning error is small, can ensure treatment accuracy.
