摘  要:目的研究并探讨优化宣教模式对新生儿眼病筛查普及率的影响。方法该院自2014年12月开始对新生儿眼病进行筛查,2014年12月—2015年5月该院新生儿眼病筛查采取传统的宣教方法,在该阶段随机选取100例孕产妇作为对照组;2015年6月—2015年11月该院采取优化宣教模式对孕产妇进行健康教育,在该阶段随机选取100例孕产妇作为观察组。对比2014年12月—2015年5月和2015年6月—2015年11月这两个阶段该院新生儿眼病筛查普及率以及孕产妇对新生儿眼病筛查的认知度评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组阶段新生儿的眼病筛查普及率明显更高(P<0.05),其孕产妇对新生儿眼病筛查的认知度评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿眼病筛查工作中采取优化宣教方式对孕产妇进行健康宣教,能够有效提高新生儿眼病筛查的普及率,提高孕产妇对新生儿眼病筛查的认知度。Objective To study and discuss the effect of optimized propaganda and education model on the prevalence rate of neonatal eye disease screening. Methods Since December 2014, our hospital started to screen for neonatal eye disease,in December 2014-May 2015 ,our hospital neonatal eye screening to take the traditional missionary method, in this stage, 100 cases were randomly selected as the control group;in June 2015-November2015, our hospital was taken to optimize the e-ducation mode for maternal health education, at this stage, 100 cases were randomly selected as observation group.Com-pared between December 2014 and May June 2015 -2015 November in the two stages of our hospital neonatal eye screen-ing penetration rate as well as maternal awareness of neonatal eye screening score. Results Compared with the control group, the rate of eye screening for neonatal screening in the observation group was significantly higher (P〈0.05), and the recognition rate was significantly higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion In newborn disease screening work take optimization mode of the health education on maternal health education, can effectively improve the popularity of the newborn disease screening rate, improve the awareness of pregnant women on neonatal screening for eye disease.
