摘　　要：目的探讨电子病历系统中的存在的问题及解决这些问题的对策。方法对该院电子病历系统中存在的问题进行统计分析,并提出解决这些问题的对策和方法。结果电子病历系统中存在的问题主要有缺乏有效的法律监管、电子签名法律效力有限、电子密码的泄露和电子病历系统中机械的复制粘贴,分别提出了相应的改进措施。结论该院电子病历系统中仍存在着一些问题,随着电子病历系统的不断更新和完善,必将解决这些问题并为临床工作提供更大的帮助。Objective To explore the problems existing in the electronic medical record system and the countermeasures to solve these problems. Methods To analyze the problems existing in the electronic medical record system in our hospital, and put forward the countermeasures and methods to solve these problems. Results The electronic medical records system in the presence of problems mainly include the lack of effective legal supervision and the electronic signature law Machin-ery Co., electronic password leakage and the electronic medical record system in the copy and paste effect, respectively, puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Conclusion There are still some problems in the electronic medical record system in our hospital. With the continuous updating and improvement of the electronic medical record system, it is bound to solve these problems and provide more help for clinical work.
