摘　　要：目的探究麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉后恢复室的应用效果。方法选取2013年11月—2015年11月期间该院麻醉治疗患者168例作为研究对象,将实施麻醉护理一体化前的84例患者作为参照组,将实施后的84例患者作为实验组,对比两组并发症、复苏时间等情况。结果实验组的Steward评分为(8.97±0.16)分明显低于单纯护理的参照组为(5.87±0.62)分(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率为4.75%(4/84)明显低于参照组为15.48%(6/84)(P<0.05)。结论将一体化模式应用麻醉后恢复室,可明显降低术后并发症,缩短患者的复苏时间,具有较高的应用价值。Objective to explore the anesthesia nursing management mode in anesthesia recovery room after the integration of the application effect. Selection methods November 2013 - November 2015 hospital anesthesia during treatment, 168 cases of patients with as the research object, the integration before anesthesia nursing 84 patients as control group, will be implemented after the 84 patients as experimental group, compared two groups of complications, recovery time, and so on and so forth. Results the experimental group （8.97±0.16） for the Steward of score significantly lower than the pure treatment of control group is （5.87±0.62） points （P〈 0.05）; The experimental group the incidence of complications was 4.75% （4/84）, significantly lower than that of control group was 15.48%（6/84） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion the application of anesthesia recov-ery room after the integration mode, can obviously reduce the postoperative complications, shorten the patient＆#39;s recovery time, has higher application value.
