摘　　要：冠心病患者药物治疗意义重大,但是依从性现状并不乐观。综述冠心病患者服药依从性的意义、研究现状、影响因素、干预措施等方面,旨在为继续开展相关领域研究提供参考。Drug treatment is of great significance for patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）,but the situation of medi-cation compliance is not very ideal. Summarizing the meaning of medication compliance in CHD patients, the status？re-search in CHD patients, the influence factors in CHD patients, the intervening measures in CHD patients, which is commit-ted to provide references to related researches.
