中澳护理专业发展现状与管理模式比较研究

摘　　要：该文通过查阅大量文献,深入了解澳大利亚护理管理体系。澳大利亚具有独立护理管理机构,自主行使决策权力,拥有较为完善的护理教育系统,全面帮助护理人员实现自我能力提升。我国应建立护士相关法律,推行护理人员垂直分级管理,改善护理人员艰难处境,促进我国护理专业长足发展。In this Paper, Australian nursing management system was understood deeply by consulted massive literature. Australia has an independent nursing management agency, policy making authority is exercised independently, and owned better nursing education system, helping nurses achieve self-improvement totally. In China, nursing management relevant laws should be established, nurses’ vertical hierarchical management should be implemented, to improve the plight of nurs-es, and promote the rapid development of the nursing specialty.
