微信群在护士理论培训中的应用与效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微信群在护士理论培训中的应用效果。方法自2015年1月建立科室护士微信群,以对护士进行理论培训为目的,由群主按时上传专科理论知识。以2014年1—6月作对比,比较应用微信群后护士满意度及月理论考核成绩优良率。结果应用微信群后,护士满意度及月理论考核成绩优良率均有明显的提高。护理人员培训后的护理考核评分(72.1±7.8)分、护理质量评分(92.1±7.3)分与培训前的护理考核评分(45.4±11.1)分、护理质量评分(64.8±15.2)分相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信群作为护士理论培训的一种形式,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of micro channel group in the training of nurses＆#39; theory. Methods from Jan-uary 2015 establish nurses in the micro channel group, to theoretical training of nurses for the purpose, by opinionator reg-ularly upload the specialized theory knowledge encourage nurses timely feedback questions. The results were compared with the results of 1-6 months in 2014, and compared with the results of the nurses＆#39; satisfaction degree and the theory of month-ly evaluation. Results After the application of the micro channel group, the excellent rate of the nurses＆#39; satisfaction and the performance of the monthly evaluation of the theory were significantly improved. Conclusion As a form of nurse training, the micro channel group is worthy of clinical application.
