摘  要:目的探讨全程健康教育模式对患者在疾病认知、治疗依从性及治疗效果等方面的影响,从而缩短患者的治愈时间。方法选取2013年3月—2015年3月收治的102例哮喘患者作为研究对象,在哮喘患者的疾病防治中,采用全程健康教育模式进行干预,主要包括心理护理干预、疾病相关知识普及、呼吸练习指导、健康生活方式指导等几个方面,最后观察患者对哮喘疾病的认知程度、治疗依从性及治疗效果。结果与干预之前相比,102例哮喘病患者的疾病认知程度、治疗依从性均有明显提高,且治疗效果显著。结论对支气管哮喘患者在疾病防治过程中,采取全程健康教育模式进行干预,可有效提高患者对疾病的认知程度,提升患者的治疗依从性,从而促进患者早日康复。Objective To research the mode of health education for patients in cognition, disease treatment adherence and treatment effect, to shorten the healing time of patients. Methods Selection in March 2013 - March 2015 as the research object, 102 cases of asthma in disease control and prevention in patients with asthma, and adopts the model of the whole health education intervention, including psychological nursing intervention, disease related knowledge popularization, breathing exercise guidance, healthy lifestyle guidance from several aspects, such as the last observation to asthma patients cognition of disease, treatment adherence and therapeutic effect. Results Compared with before intervention, 102 cases of patients with asthma disease cognition, adherence to the treatment are obviously improved, and the treatment effect is re-markable. Conclusion In patients with bronchial asthma in the process of disease prevention and control, to take the whole health education model for intervention, which can effectively improve the patients cognition of disease, improve the pa-tient's treatment adherence, thus promote the patient recover soon.
