摘　　要：目的探讨分析风险意识对手术室护理管理质量的影响效果评价。方法对近几年在该院进行手术治疗,并进行风险管理护理的住院患者的康复率和对护理工作的满意度进行了回顾性分析。结果患者康复率和满意程度均有所提高,而且护理过程中潜在的风险性事件的发生率大大降低。结论风险意识应用于手术室护理管理效果明显,不仅减少手术室风险事件对患者的伤害,降低了护理差错事件的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度及手术室护理服务质量,而且也是避免医疗纠纷、缓解医患关系的重要方法,值得在临床上推广。Objective To analysis the evaluation of the quality of the operating room management with risk awareness. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the recovery rate and satisfaction of the patients on receiving surgical treatment in our hospital, and they were nursed by risk management in recent years. Results The recovery rate and satisfaction of those pa-tients has increased, and the incidence of risk events was reduced greatly. Conclusion The effect of rise awareness on op-erating room is obvious. It means risk awareness is applied in the operating room nursing management not only reduce the injury to the patients on the operating risk events,？the incidence of nursing error event, improve the service quality of the operating room nursing , but also avoid medical disputes, alleviate doctor-patient relationship. So it is worth popularizing in clinic.
