药学干预促进临床合理用药的价值评析

摘　　要：目的分析药学干预促进临床合理用药的应用价值。方法选取2014年8月—2015年8月期间该院140例临床中应用不合理用药现象的案例作为研究对象,分析用药不合理的问题,针对问题予以相应的干预措施,对比分析干预前后患者的治疗情况,探究药学干预对促进临床合理用药的作用。结果干预前,患者药物的用法不合理54例(38.6%)、药物的用量不合理46例(32.9%),药物的重复使用76例(54.3%)、药物和患者的病情不符合48例(34.3%)、给药途径不合理60例(42.9%),其中药物重复使用情况最为严重,经过干预后,所有不合理情况均有明显的改善,患者药物的用法不合理22例(15.7%)、药物的用量不合理26例(18.6%),药物的重复使用37例(26.4%)、药物和患者的病情不符合23例(16.4%)、给药途径不合理25例(17.9%),干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学干预在临床用药中进行干预,有效减少了临床不合理用药的发生,提高了药物的治疗效果,节约了用药的成本,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To analyse of pharmaceutical intervention to promote the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Select August August 2014 to 2015 in our hospital during the period of 140 cases of clinical application of unreasonable drug use case as the research object. Analysis irrational drug problems, to be a corresponding intervention measures aiming at the problems, comparative analysis before and after the intervention of the corresponding treatment, to explore pharmaceutical intervention to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Results Before the intervention, the use of drugs in patients with unreasonable 54 cases（38.6%）, drug dosage of unreasonable 46 cases（32.9%） and repeated use of the drugs in 76 cases（54.3%）, drugs and the patient＇s condition does not conform to the 48 cases（34.3%）, route of administration is not reasonable in 60 cases（42.9%）, which repeated drug use most serious, after the intervention, all unreasonable situation were significantly improved, And the use of drugs in patients with unreasonable in 22 cases（15.7%）, drug dosage of unreasonable 26cases（18.6%）, repeated use of the drugs in 37 cases（26.4%）, the drug and the patient＇s condition does not conform to the 23cases（16.4%）, the route of administration is not reasonable 25 cases（17.9%）, compared before and after intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention in clinical medication to intervene, effectively reduce the occurrence of clinical irrational drug use, improve the therapeutic effect of drugs, save the cost of the drug, has important clinical application value.
