贵州省县级结核病定点医院人力资源现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省县级结核病定点医院人力资源现状,为进一步加强结核病定点医院人力资源建设提供依据。方法选择贵州省63个县级结核病定点医院从事结核病防治相关工作的医务人员进行问卷调查。调查表资料采用Excel 2007录入整理,率的比较采用卡方检验。当P<0.05时差异有统计学意义。结果 63个结核病定点医院共有从事结核病防治相关工作的医务人员403人。其中年龄小于30岁、从事本专业工作年限小于2年、学历为本科以下、职称为中级以下和兼职比例偏大,分别为37%、69%、60.3%、59.7%和59.1%。有18.1%无职业资格,7.4%无职称。2015年正高、副高和中级职称所占的构成比较2009年高,P<0.001。2015年本科及以上和大专学历所占的构成比较2010年高,P<0.001。结论虽然贵州省县级结核病定点医院医务人员学历和职称显著提高,但人员数量明显不足,人员配备不够合理,无职称、无职业资格人员比例仍较大,需进一步加强人力资源建设。Objective To understand the current situation of human resources in Guizhou province at the county level TB hospitals, to further strengthen TB hospitals and provide the basis for the construction of human resources. Methods Engaged in the related work of TB prevention and control in Guizhou province 63 county TB hospitals and medical staff questionnaire. The questionnaire data using Excel 2007 typing, rates were compared by chi square test. When P is less than 0.05 with statistical significance. Results A total of 63 tuberculosis hospitals in TB prevention and control related work of the medical staff of 403 people. The age less than 30 years, engaged in the professional work for less than 2 years, undergradu- ate education, the following titles for the following intermediate and part-time larger proportion, respectively 37%, 69%, 60.3%, 59.7% and 59.1%. There is no 18.1% occupation qualification, 7.4% non title. 2015 is high, subtropical high and intermediate for 2009, P〈 0.001. Bachelor degree or above in 2015 and the 2010 college degree high, P〈 0.001. Conclusion Although Guizhou Province county level TB hospitals and medical personnel qualifications and titles increased significantly, but it is insufficient for the number of personnel, personnel is not enough reasonable, no title, no personnel vocational qualification ratio is still large, need to further strengthen the construction of human resources.
