摘 要:目的探究颌骨骨折患者行颌间牵引术治疗中不同护理方法的护理满意度情况。方法选择58例患者随机分为两组,均行常规护理。其中实验组另行人性化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组护理后SAS评分为(49.3±2.1)分,SDS评分为(51.2±2.3)分,均达到合格标准。对照组护理后SAS评分为(53.4±3.)分,SDS评分为(54.5±2.3)分。实验组低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理方法存在差异导致护理效果存在差异,而护理满意度比较中,实验组满意度为86.2%,对照组满意度为62.1%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术治疗后的颌骨骨折患者,不同护理方式取得效果不同,采取更加人性化的护理,有助于改善患者的情绪状况,提高满意度。Objective To explore the jaw fractures treated with intermaxillary traction with different nursing methods in the treatment of nursing satisfaction. Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, were treated with routine nursing care. The experimental group further humanized nursing. Compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results after nursing, the SAS score of the experimental group was(49.3±2.1), and the SDS score was(51.2±2.3). In the control group,the SAS score was(53.4±3), and the SDS score was(54.5±2.3). The experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Two groups of nursing methods exist differences lead to differences in the nursing effect, and nursing satisfaction, satisfaction of the experimental group was 86.2%, the satisfaction of the control group was 62.1%, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion the patients with fracture of the jaw after surgical treatment, effect of different nursing methods, take a more humane care, help to improve the patient's emotional status, improve satisfaction.
