摘 要:目的探讨基于微信的随访管理模式在甲状腺癌术后患者随访管理中的运用效果。方法将88例甲状腺癌术后患者随机分为对照组和实验组,观察组实施基于微信的随访管理模式,对照组实施常规随访管理模式,随访期为6个月,比较两组患者干预前后生存质量变化情况。结果干预后,观察组生存质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的随访管理模式在甲状腺癌术后患者随访管理可提升甲状腺癌术后的自我护理能力和一般效能感,改善术后患者的生存质量,值得在临床中进一步推广。Objective To explore the effects of the follow-up management mode based on We Chat on the postoperative follow-up management of patients with thyroid carcinoma. Methods 88 patients with thyroid carcinoma were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group adopted the follow-up management mode based on We Chat, and the control group adopted routine follow-up management mode. Results After the intervention, the quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Applying the follow-up management mode based on We Chat in the postoperative follow-up management of patients with thyroid carcinoma can help patients with thyroid carcinoma improve their self-care ability and general efficacy after operation, and improve their life quality. It is worthy of further clinical applications.
