摘 要:目的为了提高病房药房工作质量并减少各种不良事件的发生率,分析和探讨在管理过程中采取细节管理的价值和意义。方法遵照随机数字表的方法选取3 000件于2013年3月—2015年3月在该院病房药房发放的药品作为研究对象并根据双盲对照的原则分为试验组和对照组各1 500件,其中对照组采取常规管理,而试验组则采取细节管理,比较不同管理模式对管理效果、满意度等的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组管理效果和对照组相比明显占据优势,且比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对药房工作满意度明显高于对照组,而并发症的发生率则明显降低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病房药房日常管理工作中实施细节管理,能够明显提高药房服务水平,减少药物调剂时间,值得推广。Objective To further improve the quality of inpatient pharmacy in our hospital and to reduce the incidence of complications after the treatment, analyze and evaluate the application of details managemen on quality of inpatient pharmacy. Methods 3 000 pieces of drug in our hospital l from March 2013 to 2015 March were selected as the research object, according to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 1 500 cases in each group, observation group used details manageme, while control group were given was given the traditional management method, compared two groups' quality of work. Results The quality of work of the control group were lower than those of the observation group, the difference was statistically significan(P〈0.05);the observation group was superior in satisfaction to the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In our hospital from the details management can arouse the quality of work and improve the satisfaction of patients.
