摘　　要：档案作为文化建设的基础与阶梯,其在医院文化的继承与发展中均具有着重要的作用,档案的建设与管理存在并发生于医院文化建设的全过程中,也在这一过程中发挥着积极的促进作用。档案的收集与建立是体现医院价值的重要载体,医院也应尊重档案、重视档案的文化传统,积极运用档案使其发挥在医院文化建设中的重要作用。Archives as a cultural foundation and construction of the ladder, which have the inheritance and development of culture in the hospital an important role in the construction and management of files exist, and the whole process occurred in the hospital culture construction, and also in the process playing an active role in promoting.
