长沙市肺部感染患者嗜肺军团菌1型抗原的初步调查

摘　　要：目的了解嗜肺军团菌1型抗原在不同性别、年龄免疫胶体金法对长沙市肺部感染患者中的阳性率.为研究嗜肺军团菌的流行情况提供初步依据。方法采用免疫胶体金技术对所抽取的对100例肺部感染患者尿液进行嗜肺军团菌1型抗原进行检测。统计软件SPSS 12.0进行统计分析。结果对100例肺部感染患者抽取其尿液进行检测,军团菌尿抗原阳性1例,总阳性率1%;其中男性患者的阳性率为2%（1/50）,女性患者为0（0/50）;41～60岁患者的阳性率为2.3%（1/42）,其余年龄组为0。结论长沙市肺部感染患者中存在嗜肺军团菌感染的可能,并存在一定的性别及年龄差异,为进一步研究嗜肺军团菌在长沙市肺部感染患者中的流行情况提供了初步实验依据,并对于军团菌病的监控、治疗具有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the positive rate of 1 types of antigen in different sex and age of the patients with pulmonary infection in Changsha City, and provide a preliminary basis for the study of the prevalence of lung infection in patients with lung infection. Methods 100 patients with pulmonary infection were detected by immune colloidal gold technique, and the urine of 1 patients with lung infection were detected. SPSS12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results Of 100 cases of pulmonary infection were collected in the urine were detected, Legionella urinary antigen was positive in 1 case, total positive rate of 1%; the positive rate of male patients for 2%（1 / 50） and female patients（0 0/50）; 41-60 years of age in patients with positive rate was 2.3%（1 / 42） and the rest of the age group of 0. Conclusion Changsha City lung infection in patients with eosinophilic lung infection of Legionella, and there is a certain difference in sex and age, for the further study of thermophilic pneumophila in Changsha City lung infection in patients with epidemic situation provides a preliminary experimental basis for, and for the Legionella disease monitoring and treatment has certain directive significance.
