研究疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月—2015年7月该院创伤骨科50例住院患者为研究对象,采用疼痛护理管理模式对其进行管理,成立专门的疼痛护理管理小组,组织全体护理人员进行系统化的疼痛护理知识培训,完善疼痛护理的相关流程,规范化使用药物。并将其与2015年2月—2015年4月该院创伤骨科50例没有采用疼痛护理管理模式的住院患者进行对比性研究,对两组患者的护理满意度、住院天数等进行对比性分析。结果采用疼痛护理管理模式进行管理后,患者的住院时间缩短,术后疼痛评分降低,护理满意度显著提高。结论疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用效果显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective The application of nursing management model for the study of pain in trauma department of orthopedics ward. Methods A total of 2015 may— July 2015 our hospital bone trauma in 50 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object, the pain nursing management mode to carry on the management, set up a specialist pain nursing management group and organize all the nursing staff were systematic pain nursing knowledge training, good pain nursing related processes, standardization of drug use. And with February 2015 to 2015 April in our hospital trauma bone 50 cases without the use of pain nursing management mode of the patients were investigated by comparative study, the satisfaction of two groups of patients, hospital stay were compared. Results The pain nursing management mode of management, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce postoperative pain score, nursing satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion The application effect of pain nursing management in the Department of orthopedics and trauma ward is significant, it is worth in clinical widely.
