摘  要:目的探讨在急诊护理中,实施量化管理模式的效果。方法选择2013年6—12月(量化管理模式实施前)和2014年1—6月(实施后)在该院急诊科工作的医生28名和护理人员53名,及留观的患者71例进行护理质量、护理工作满意度调查。结果量化管理实施前,护理人员考核优良率为73.58%,实施后为98.11%,实施后明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后病房管理、护理操作、护理文件书写、健康知识普及评分医生对医护配合满意率、患者对护理工作满意度均为实施后高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后不良事件的发生率低于实施(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理中实施量化管理模式,可提高护理人员的整体素质,提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,减少医疗差错和医疗纠纷的发生,值得推广。Objective To study the emergency nursing, the effect of the implementation of quantitative management mode.Methods Choose from 6 to 12 months in 2013(before the implementation of quantitative management mode) and 1-2014(implementation) after June 28 for doctors who work in hospital emergency department and nursing personnel 53, and under observation of 71 cases of patients with nursing quality, nursing job satisfaction survey. Results Before the implementation of quantitative management, nursing examination was 73.58% and 98.11% after implementation, after implementation significantly higher than before(P〈0.05).After implementing ward management, nursing, nursing documents writing operation,health knowledge score of medical doctor cooperate, patient satisfaction to nursing job satisfaction was higher than before the implementation after implementation(P〈0.05).The incidence of adverse events after implementation is lower than the implementation(P〈0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing care in the implementation of quantitative management mode,can improve the whole quality of nursing staff, improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, reduce medical errors and the occurrence of medical dispute, is worth promoting.
