摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤放疗病人健康教育实施现状及护理对策。方法分析肿瘤放疗病人健康教育实施现状,针对不同的问题制定相应的护理对策。结果肿瘤放疗病人健康教育实施现状为,患者及家属希望护理人员能够较为细致的讲解肿瘤放疗相关的专业知识。部分患者对于心理支持与疏导方法的需求也较高。针对这些问题作出的护理对策为加强患者的心理护理、加强护理人员健康教育意识与技能、加强健康教育知识的宣传工作、分阶段性的进行健康教育相关知识的宣传、加强出院指导。结论良好的健康教育有助于减轻肿瘤放疗病人的痛苦,提高患者的生存质量,具有重大的意义。因此,值得推广。Objective To investigate cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy Health Education Status and nursing. Methods Cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy status of implementation of health education, to develop appropriate nursing strategies for different problems. Result Cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy for the status of implementation of health education is that patients and their families hope caregivers can be more detailed explanations of radiotherapy-related expertise.For some patients psychological support and counseling methods demand is higher.Nursing countermeasure to these problems is to strengthen psychological care of patients, caregivers strengthen health education awareness and skills to strengthen the publicity of knowledge of health education, health education sub-stage knowledge of publicity, strengthen discharge guidance. Conclusion Good health education can help alleviate the suffering of cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients, is of great significance. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
