摘　　要：目的分析实施综合用药管理对老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法选择该社区2014年1月—2015年7月接收的老年高血压患者61例,设作干预组,给予综合用药管理方案;同期选择老年高血压患者61例,设作对照组,给予常规管理方案,比较2组用药管理效果及预后情况。结果管理后,干预组舒张压为(81.06±3.24)mm Hg、收缩压为(120.94±1.24)mm Hg与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组用药依从性90.16%,对照组为70.49%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年高血压患者给予综合用药管理,不仅有效控制血压,还能提升患者依从性,值得推广。Objective Analysis of impact of the implementation of the integrated management of drugs in elderly patients with hypertension medication compliance row. Methods Select January 2014 — aged 61 cases in July 2015 received in hy_pertensive patients, provided for the intervention group received comprehensive medication management programs; choose the same period 61 patients with hypertension in elderly, provided for the control group received conventional management programs, more 2 group effect of medication management and prognosis. Results After administration, the intervention group diastolic blood pressure was （81.06±3.24） mmHg, systolic blood pressure（120.94±1.24） mmHg with the control group, the dif_ference was significant （P〈0.05）; intervention group medication compliance 90.16% in the control group was 70.49% com_pared significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusions For elderly patients with hypertension medication given to integrated man_agement, blood pressure control is not only effective, but also enhance patient compliance, worthy of promotion.
