摘　　要：目的总结卒中病房规范化管理的成效,探讨卒中病房规范化管理的意义。方法该院神经内科在2014年1月实行规范化管理,此前实行普通护理管理模式,以此为节点,对比实行规范化管理前后1年神经内科护理管理情况,比较在规范化管理团队护理模式与普通管理情况下,进行患者满意度调查、患者家属满意度调查,科室主任、护士长对卒中病房的管理考核评价,科室医生及护士对卒中病房管理的评分,护工间互评,将规范化管理前后护理结果进行对比,以及对比规范化护理前后卒中病房患者的死亡率及平均住院日的差异。结果卒中病房规范化管理前后,患者及家属满意度明显提高,患者治愈率得到提升,医护人员服务态度及服务内涵质量明显提高。规范化护理后患者的死亡率及平均住院日均有较大的程度的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过改善硬件环境、提高护理人员的软实力、对护士、护工的日常工作推行规范化护理管理模式。卒中病房规范化管理,服务质量及患者治疗质量明显提升,患者死亡率下降,平均住院日降低,节省了住院成本,收到良好的社会效益。Objective To summarize the effectiveness of standardized management of stroke ward, and to explore the signif_icance of standardized management of stroke unit. Methods Neurology department of our hospital in January 2014 to im_plement standardized management, after the implementation of general nursing management mode, taking the opportunity of nodes, compared to implement standardized management before and after 1 year of Neurology nursing management, compari_son in the specification of management team nursing mode and ordinary management, patient satisfaction survey, patients family satisfaction survey, department director, nurse long stroke unit management evaluation, sections of the doctors and nurses in stroke unit management score, workers peer assessment, the standardized management of nursing before and after the results were compared, and before and after the comparison of standardized nursing mortality in patients with stroke unit and the average hospitalization day differences. Results Before and after the standardized management of stroke ward, pa_tients and their families＇ satisfaction was significantly improved, the cure rate was improved, and the quality of service atti_tude and service quality of medical staff was significantly improved. After standardized nursing, the mortality rate and aver_age hospital stay were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By means of improving hardware environment, improve the soft power of the nursing personnel, the implementation of standardized nurs_ing management mode for the daily work of nurses, nursing assistants. Standardized management, service quality and pa_tients＇ quality of treatment in the stroke ward were significantly improved, the mortality rate was decreased, the average hos_pital stay was reduced, and the hospital cost was saved, and good social benefits were received.
