摘　　要：原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有起病隐匿、病情进展快、死亡率高等特点,患者一旦被确诊,多存在焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、等负性心理情绪,进而消极态度,甚至丧失生活信心。癌症患者的生活质量已受到普遍的关注,原发性肝癌患者的群体是弱势群体,护理人员应本着良好的职业道德,减轻患者的痛苦,帮助患者从复杂的心态中解脱出来,给予患者亲切的关怀,促使患者建立战胜疾病的信心,保持舒适的基础上,通过建立融洽的家庭与社会关系,有效地解除患者的心理痛苦,解决患者的身心健康问题,从而提高原发性肝癌患者的生活质量。Primary liver cancer is one of common malignant tumors in China, with insidious onset, rapid progression, and high mortality in patients after diagnosis inevitably have serious psychological stress and a heavy ideological burden. The quality of life of cancer patients has been widespread concern, primary liver cancer patients are vulnerable groups, nurses should be based on good professional ethics, to alleviate the suffering of patients, help patients freed from the complex state of mind, the patient is given a cordial care, prompting patients to establish the confidence to overcome the disease, maintain a comfortable basis, through the establishment of a harmonious family and social relations, effectively relieve the psychologi_cal suffering of patients and solve physical and mental health problems of patients, thereby improving the quality of life in patients with primary .
