摘　　要：铁路贯通地线是保障高速铁路人身安全和设备安全的重要元件。根据铁路贯通地线暂行技术条规定的DH70型铁路贯通地线的结构、材料及特性要求,创新设计了铁路贯通地线连续包覆焊接拉拔生产线。该生产线具有较高的生产效率、连续生产长度长、原材料成材率较高,所生产的铁路贯通地线的电性能、机械性能、工艺性能及耐腐蚀性能都达到较高水平,满足使用要求。此外,该生产线中铜带采用了干式清洗方法,不污染生产环境,工人依靠PLC操纵生产线,大大减轻劳动强度。实际应用表明,该生产线是适用于铁路贯通地线生产的专用设备。Through-railway grounding wire is an important component to guarantee the safety of personnel and equipment in high speed railway.According to the temporary technical provision for the DH70through-railway grounding wire on its structure,material and characteristics,a continuous cladding weld and drawing production line is designed.The production line has characteristics such as high productivity,long continuous producing length,and high raw-material usage rate.The electrical properties,mechanical properties,processing performance and corrosion resistance property of the product can achieve a relatively high level and meet the application requirements.In addition,the production line employs dry-washing method for the copper tape and PLC to control the production line so as to avoid from polluting production environment and can relieve labor intensity.The production line is proved to be the special equipment for the through-railway grounding wire.
