摘 要:为了解决或延缓回转窑结圈的问题,分析了A,B,C3种燃煤的反应性、燃烧性及其灰分的软熔性和粘结性,同时分析了燃煤特性对回转窑结圈的影响。研究结果表明:煤着火温度低,能减少窑内黑火头的范围;煤反应性较弱,燃烧时间较长,其在回转窑中燃烧区间长,保证窑尾和链篦机预热段所需高温;煤灰软熔性好,不易形成低熔点物质;煤灰粘结性弱,不易粘结而形成结圈。To solve the problem of ring forming of rotary kiln or prolong the time for ring forming,the reactivity and the combustion property of three kinds of coal(A,B,C)and the softening-melting and bonding properties of the coal ash were analyzed.At the same time,the influence of the characteristics of the coal on ring forming of rotary kiln was also analyzed.The results showed that the low ignition temperature of coal could reduce the range of black fire.If the reactivity of coal was low,its burning time and region in rotary kiln were long and it could provide enough heat to the kiln tail and the chain grate.If the softening-melting property of coal ash was good,it was difficult to form the material of low melting point.If the bonding property of coal ash was low,it was not easy to bond and to form a ring.
