摘  要:采用WER110S-G焊丝,匹配98%Ar+2%O_2、80%Ar+20%CO_2及CO_2气体进行保护焊接试验,同时检测了其焊缝的性能。结果表明:当采用98%Ar+2%O_2时,平板堆焊工艺性能尚可,但在坡口中室温条件下起焊时,电弧易产生飘移,焊缝高而窄,成形不太理想;采用80%Ar+20%CO_2及CO_2时,焊接工艺性能均较好,前者焊缝中C,Mn,Ti元素含量较高,焊缝强度及韧性均较高。Using WER110S-G wire,together with 98 %Ar+2 %O_2,80 %Ar+20 %CO_2and CO_2 as shielding gas respectively,the welding tests were carried out and the performance of welding seam was inspected at the same time.The results showed that while using 98 %Ar+2 %O_2as shielding gas,the processing performance of welding was good during bead-on-plate welding.But depositing in the groove at the room temperature,arc was easily shifting,the welding seam was high and narrow,and weld appearance was bad.While using 80 %Ar+20 %CO_2and CO_2 as shielding gas respectively,welding performance was good.C,Mn and Ti content in the welding seam were higher while using80 %Ar+20 %CO_2as shielding gas,and its strength and toughness were all higher.
